who we are

# README.md — HIVE_DYNAMICS

Hive Dynamics is a software engineering and DevOps company. We design, build, and operate production systems end to end — backends, cloud infrastructure, data pipelines, and the security around them. Our work has onboarded tens of thousands of investors for a UK fund group and moved millions of euros across a custom blockchain. Small by design: senior engineering, direct communication, no layers in between.

uk-investment-fund-group :: aml-onboarding-platform

BEFORE
paper forms across four departments, faxed between offices, re-typed into excel, perpetually outdated. processing a single investor took a week or more. documents lost. money leaking at every step.
BUILT
single AML/KYC platform for tens of thousands of investors — investors submit everything themselves. adaptive question engine: flows, questions and sub-questions adjust to each investment sector's rules. per-question validation — submissions correct by construction. full investment flow incl. e-signing.
CRITICAL
third-party e-signature integration had no documentation; project was one day from cancellation. flow refactored overnight with a correct implementation — project continued, teams expanded.
AFTER
one investor: a week or more → a couple of hours. opening a fund to 3,000 investors = upload their emails, send batch invites. compliance review runs on validated data instead of paper trails.

swiss-blockchain-venture :: ewallet-ecosystem

SCOPE
a swiss company moving its business onto a proprietary blockchain network — the entire user-facing ecosystem built from zero: wallets, explorer, back office, backend.
TEAM
3 engineers, working directly with the founders of the blockchain itself. five applications, one team, six months.
BUILT
web e-wallet (react). mobile e-wallet (react native, ios + android from one codebase). public block explorer (next.js). back-office web app. node.js backend — the single hardened gateway between all four apps and the chain.
HARD
the chain spoke a custom protocol — no sdk, no standard tooling, docs written by the people building it as they built it. every operation adapted to the protocol by hand; security and performance owned at the backend layer, one audited path for anything touching assets.
MOVED
transactions worth millions of euros flowing through the platform.
